PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING: By booking and paying the $15 non-refundable deposit, you agree to adhere to the cancellation policy, late policy, and no-show policy. 1. Guests are allowed. Please notify me 24 hours in advance if you have a guest coming with you so that i can make seating arrangements for them 🤍. 1. CANCELLATION POLICY: If canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations within 5 hours will result in a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations or reschedule requests 30 minutes or less before the appointment will be a $35 cancellation fee. 2. LATE POLICY: A 10 minute grace period is given once it is past the scheduled appointment time. Once the grace period ends, a $15 late fee will be charged. 3. NO-CALL, NO- SHOW POLICY: If a client isn’t present by 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, then a no-show fee ($35) will be charged and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. 4. If a client fails to pay any late or no-show fees, they will not allowed to book again. These policies are in place to ensure Jordan’s Creations runs as smooth as possible!
